Taking Action & Ongoing Efforts
Hotel 850 SVB performs ongoing audits to our site using live testers and makes efforts to implement the necessary changes to make our site accessible to everyone including anyone using a screen reader, magnifier, voice recognition software, captions, alternative text and other assistive devices. • Hotel entry is wheelchair accessible, as are all pathways to public restrooms and guest common areas.
• Seated reservation for guests in wheelchair.
• All areas accessible via wheelchair compliant elevator.
• Special attention to all guests with needs.
Any documented Service Animal is allowed in the hotel at no additional charge. Guests will be responsible for expenses relating to any damage caused by an animal in the room.

• Wheelchair compliant entryway and space in room (wheelchairs can roll freely around the room without interference from furniture).
• Roll in shower with shower seat.
